Do I own my website?+
No — Sites by WestWick retains ownership of the website itself (its design, code and implementation). You receive the right to use it for as long as your subscription is active. This is a managed subscription, not an instalment purchase.
Do I own my domain name?+
Yes. Your domain is controlled by you or registered in your name under the agreed arrangement.
What happens to my email if I cancel?+
Your email account and its data are separate from the website, subject to the email provider’s terms. The specific arrangements are set out in our service agreement.
How many pages are included?+
Up to five pages in the standard package.
Can I request changes after launch?+
Yes. Reasonable routine updates to existing content — opening hours, photographs, contact details, small text changes — are included within the agreed maintenance allowance.
Can I add more pages?+
Yes. Additional pages can be quoted separately.
Can you redesign the website after I approve the initial design?+
Minor agreed revisions are included. A significant change of direction may need an additional quotation.
What types of business do you work with?+
All kinds of small businesses — restaurants, builders, man and van, couriers, hairdressers, beauty salons, trades, cleaners and more. If customers search for you, we can help.
Will my website show up on Google and AI search?+
Every site is built to be fast and clearly structured so Google and AI assistants can understand your business. We can’t guarantee rankings, but we give you strong foundations.
Can you set up my Google Business Profile or social media?+
Yes. Google Business Profile setup, social media setup and ongoing social media management are available at additional cost.
Can you connect booking, payments or other tools?+
Yes. Integrations with other systems are available at additional cost and quoted to suit your needs.
What happens if I stop paying?+
This is governed by our subscription and termination terms, which are set out in the service agreement and confirmed with you before you order.
